Design Details

Precision volume control providing channel synchronization and sensitive volume adjustments down to the lowest volume ranges

Different outputs provide a variety of options for system configuration

The ON/OFF switch of the preamplifier can also activate the power amplifier: Turn the entire system on/off with one switch

Widely used, reliable tubes ensure future availability without expert knowledge

Design

  • Extremely sturdy enclosure, CNC-milled from a solid block of aluminium

  • All surfaces are glass-bead-blasted and then anodized with a highly resistive ceramic coating

  • Power supplies mounted on suspended sub-chassis to mechanically isolate them from the audio circuits

  • Extremely reduced circuit design with parts chosen in extensive listening tests

Components

  • Parts are manually channel-matched to close tolerances and hand-soldered point to point

  • Custom made Industrial Precision Potentiometer

  • Oversized choke-regulated power supplies and custom made power transformers

  • Cryogenically treated internal OFC copper wiring

  • Lundahl input and output transformers galvanically isolate the amplifier from the outside world

Usability
